Exifol Capsule contains Calcium Pantothenate, Cyanocobalamin, Ferrous Sulphate, Folic Acid, Nicotinamide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride Ip and Riboflavin as active ingredients.
Exifol Capsule works by acting on megaloblastic bone marrow to produce a normoblastic marrow; protecting cells against peroxidative damage by increasing the level of glutathione; helping tissue in respiration and metabolism of fats, protein thus lowers blood cholesterol by inhibiting the synthesis of LDL; normalizing the formation of red blood cells and nerve tissues; reducing prostaglandin thus helping blood thinning and prevents clotting; producing blood cells and platelets in the body; treating or preventing the low levels of pyridoxine;

Precautions
Before using Exifol Capsule, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). - Do not use the medicine if suffering from renal or hepatic impairment
- Folic acid in doses above 0.1 mg daily may obscure the diagnosis of pernicious anemia

Hypersensitivity to Exifol Capsule is a contraindication. In addition, Exifol Capsule should not be used if you have the following conditions:
- Active peptic ulcer

- Atrophic gastritis

- Diabetes mellitus
- Hypersensitivity
